I have been all around to many places especially around region III. Whenever I travel, my backpack and a spare bag will do the job for me. In this blog, I will share you what I do whenever I travel. Credit to CanStockPhoto 1.) More weight means you'll get tired and exhausted easily - as much as possible I avoid carrying unnecessary things that may cause you to easily get exhausted especially when I have a very long trip because you don't want to experience body aches because of carrying heavy bags. Travelling is meant to be comfortable with the things you only need, just bring all the necessary things you may possibly need rather than carrying too much things you'll end up not going to use. I usually just usually bring power bank, baby wipes, alcohol, 3 sets of shirt, 4 sets underwear, 3 sets of pants or jeans, flip flops 4 sets of handkerchief and an oral care travel kit. So basically if I ever buy something, I still have enough space to fit it inside my backpack. Cre...

Motions Sickness No More!

Image
How to prevent yourself from vomiting while on a roadtrip? A lot people suffer the same problem, Motion Sickness usually occurs when our inner ear is being disturbed by sudden motions repeatedly while riding car, trains, airplanes and etc... So here are the 5 tips on how to prevent this from happening and what to do when you experience it, these are all based from my experience. 1. Do not forget to buy bonamine tablet to give relief and to prevent yourself from getting the sensation of gagging which causes you to vomit. 2. Always fill your pocket with candies or gums to help your stomach calm and neutralize the acids which will lessen the probability of nausea.  3. Before going on a roadtrip, always remember to eat just the right amount of food to prevent higher chances of vomiting because when a stomach is filled with too much food, it takes longer for it to digest and go down the intestines. 4. Choose the middle row seat when sitting inside a car as this receives the less...

Road trip fever!

Image
Photo Credit goes to Smartertravel.com  The part of every travel comes with great road trip memories. It is a memory that we will treasure until we get old, a memory that we can share to younger people. Whenever we go on a travel vacation, I usually pay attention to roads where we are going because I want to familiarize myself from different routes to get on our destination. I love going to different places and if that place satisfies me, I have to know how to get there by myself.  Roads are relaxing for me, it makes me temporarily forget all my stress and problems in life that it is why I find do relief to give myself a time to break. I believe that I am not alone and some people actually also prefer it. I really recommend that people would consider travelling and to go on a long road trips to enjoy the atmosphere of different places. This will lessen the cost of going to Professional Doctors which is not bad but if you would know your self, the things that comforts you, it w...

Every Holy Week, hundreds of tourists, excursionists and local people visit this Holy place to pray or just to explore the culture of people in that place. If you're planning to visit this place, it's better that you have your own bottle of cold water because it will take you 260 steps to reach to Grotto, an exhausting visit but it is worth the sweat to see the beautiful view of Mabalacat City and Bamban border.   Also a historical place located in Capas, Tarlac, Capas National Shrine.  Are you familiar with Bataan Death March? Yes, it all ended here at Capas, Tarlac. There's a wall here that honors all the people who participated in marching from bataan all the way to Capas, Tarlac. It is beli...

Photo Credit to Rappler The pandemic has taught us many things, not just to be safe at all times but also to develop us in terms of times like these in which this nation needed.  During the time of pandemic, lots of businesses and big corporations experienced struggles during the occurrence of the pandemic, the number of unemployed people rose due to lack of sales and the ability of the company's to sustain the wages and salaries of their workers has dramatically went down.   It saddened me that the tourism industry is one of the industry that received that most impact of the pandemic. Airlines lost billions of Peso and Dollars because of the high lost that they are occuring.  There were big adjustments that happened during the pa...
